Julie Shannon

Julie has been practicing and teaching yoga for fifteen years. Her classes combine flowing sequences of postures with a focus on the breath and physical alignment. She has a reputation for clear instructions, dynamic classes and wonderful adjustments.

Julie believes yoga is an incredible tool for cultivating energy and harmony in your life, and she believes yoga should be fun! After finishing a three-year teaching apprenticeship, Julie studied with top teachers across the globe and taught at major Sydney schools. She now concentrates on teaching small groups and one-on-one classes.
